Hybrid Work Model
Permanent Position

Support daily Ocean and Air Import & Export operations.
Provide shipment updates and operational support to customers and stakeholders.
Support invoicing and reporting activities.
Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
~0 to 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or Administrative Operations.
~ Conversational English proficiency.
~ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
~ Exposure to Freight Forwarding or Shared Service Center environments.
