Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

The   Dealer Network Construction Supervisor   is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and following up on the construction, renovation, and image implementation of dealerships in Mexico.
This position ensures that each dealership project is executed according to approved layouts, brand image standards, construction timelines, and operational readiness requirements. The role works closely with dealers, contractors, image suppliers, internal departments, and management to identify risks, follow up on corrective actions, and support the successful opening of dealerships according to committed deadlines.

Position Objective
To ensure that dealership construction and image implementation projects are completed on time, according to approved brand standards, and with the necessary facility conditions to support dealer operation, customer experience, and network expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Construction Project Follow-Up
Monitor the construction progress of new dealerships, remodeling projects.
Follow up on project milestones, including construction start, showroom completion, workshop completion, façade installation, signage, furniture, equipment, and full facility readiness.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved construction plans, layouts, specifications, and agreed timelines.
Identify delays or deviations from the approved construction schedule.
Follow up with dealers and contractors to define recovery plans when construction milestones are vide regular construction status updates to Development management.

2. Brand Image Compliance
Ensure that all dealership facilities comply with the approved image standards and corporate identity guidelines.
Follow up on the correct implementation of façade, signage, totem, showroom layout, customer areas, reception, furniture, flooring, lighting, workshop areas, and other brand image elements.
Coordinate with approved image suppliers to confirm production, delivery, installation, and completion status.
Review construction and image evidence to validate compliance with brand requirements.
Escalate any image deviations, unauthorized changes, or incomplete implementation to management.

3. Dealer, Contractor and Supplier Coordination
Coordinate construction follow-up with dealers, contractors, architects, builders, image suppliers, and internal departments.
Ensure that all involved parties have the required information, approved designs, layouts, specifications, and timelines.
Follow up on supplier deliverables, including signage, furniture, materials, equipment, and brand image elements.
Identify and resolve issues related to supplier delays, missing information, incorrect installation, or incomplete deliverables.
Maintain effective communication with dealers and suppliers to support timely execution.

4. Construction Schedule Management
Create, update, and maintain construction tracking files for each dealership project.
Monitor key dates, including construction start, showroom completion, workshop completion, façade installation, image implementation, and full construction completion.
Conduct periodic reviews of project progress and update timelines when necessary.
Compare actual progress against committed deadlines and identify timeline deviations.
Prepare construction reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for internal review.

5. Risk Management and Escalation
Identify construction risks, including delayed permits, design adjustments, late construction start, supplier delays, missing dealer information, lack of evidence, or incomplete facilities.
Classify projects by risk level based on timeline, dealer commitment, construction progress, and operational impact.
Follow up on corrective action plans with dealers, contractors, and suppliers.
Escalate critical risks to Dealer Development management when no recovery plan, evidence, or confirmed milestone is received.
Support a risk-control approach to avoid delays in dealership openings.

6. Construction Evidence and Reporting
Collect weekly construction evidence from dealers, including photos, progress reports, updated timelines, and supplier status.
