Puesto: Accenture Construct  Senior Project Manager, ANS
Location: Santiago de Querétaro

You've Never Been Satisfied with  Good Enough.

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

THE WORK:

You'll lead hyper-scale and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

You'll prepare comprehensive scopes of work, develop RFPs, evaluate proposals, and manage the procurement process for contractors, subcontractors, and key project partners.

You'll oversee general contractors and subcontractors, driving performance, maintaining stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.

You'll administer construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including managing RFIs, change orders, correspondence, documentation, and project records.

You'll develop, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and payment applications while identifying and mitigating cost and financial risks.

You'll manage construction schedules and sequencing activities, proactively identifying long-lead items, critical path impacts, and schedule recovery opportunities.

You'll coordinate with local authorities, building departments, engineers, and regulatory agencies to secure permits and support project completion and occupancy requirements.

You'll verify the delivery and installation readiness of owner-furnished equipment (OFCI) and coordinate activities to maintain project continuity.

You'll lead project meetings, including owner, architect, contractor, production, and safety meetings, while documenting decisions, actions, and project status updates.

You'll monitor site execution for safety, quality, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards, while providing regular reporting on project risks and performance to senior leadership.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred.

Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility on large-scale construction projects.

8 years of experience delivering mission-critical projects, preferably within data centers, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, or similar complex environments.

Strong knowledge of construction management methodologies, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, change management, and project delivery processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
