Location: Centro Tular Primera Sección
Accounts Payable Specialist Officer   Objective:
Ensure correct registration, previous validation of invoices authenticity (CFDIs) from suppliers, services and creditors, for the timely and correct payment of obligations, ensuring the proper application of accounting, tax and internal control policies, contributing to the efficiency of cash flow and the integrity of the company's financial information.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:
Verify that all payments have their respective supporting documentation (invoices, purchase orders, approvals).
Ensure compliance with approval policies and authorization levels.
Perform the registration, control, and payment of national and international invoices.
Monitor and communicate the payment schedule and coordinate dates for the Treasury.
Validate tax with holdings (VAT, income tax, foreign with holdings) in accordance with current legislation and their correct accounting records.
Reconcile and manage the resolution of differences in accounts with suppliers.
Prepare expense provisions for monthly and annual accounting closings.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports of due dates and payments made.
Collaborate with internal and external audits, ensuring the timely delivery of information.
Propose improvements to control, automation and administrative efficiency processes.
COMPETENCES AND SKILLS
Updated on Mexican tax legislation.
Analytical ability and attention to detail.
Effective communication with suppliers and internal areas.
Flexibility and adaptability to changes in systems and processes.
Advanced management of accounting and accounts payable systems (e.g. Aspel, SAP, CONTPAQi or similar).
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, cross-referencing).
Confidentiality in the use of information.

Education and Experience
Completed administrative degree.
At least five years of experience in services and manufacturing exposure.
Intermediate English language.
Updated in tax regulation.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office work.
Carry documents or folders of documents under 25 kg.
Sporadic trip.
