We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. You will work closely with international teams, manage key financial transactions, and support month-end closing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant professional looking to expand their experience in a dynamic, international environment while building strong foundational skills in financial accounting.
Responsibilities
Control and coordination of postings and payments related to suppliers and subcontractors
Contract approval coordination, invoice collection, and closing documents preparation
Preparation of journal vouchers for Head Office finance team
Invoice processing and allocation in enterprise management systems (1C, SAP, Oracle or similar)
Review and verification of employee travel and expense reports
Day-to-day communication with Head Office finance team and internal stakeholders (Management, HR, Legal, Accounting, Administration)
Reporting to Finance Manager

Qualifications
~1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, management accounting, or financial analysis
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
~ Preferable experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
~ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word
~ Ability to work independently and explore different approaches
~ Excellent attention to detail
~ Communication skills, both written and verbal
~ Deadline-oriented with strong prioritization abilities
