Family Office Accountant  We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Family Office Accountant to join a dynamic international operation focused on financial administration, reporting, and multi-entity accounting management.
This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. The position works closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and U.S.

-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly accounting operations for multiple international entities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, fixed assets, and depreciation.
Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Support external audits and ensure timely delivery of financial and fiscal information.
Review accounting records and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain communication with U.S.

-based administrative teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting working papers for management presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial analysis.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel and Quick Books skills.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously.
Experience supporting external audits is a plus.
