This Position reports to:
Quality Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi. .

You will be mainly accountable for:  Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
Conduct Problem Resolution Process
Responsible for quality inspection process and defects reduction

Qualifications for the role    Technical Career Certification or Bachelors degree in Engineering required.
1 yrs experience in Quality areas | MS Office tools proficiency
Knowledge of quality tools (5whys, 8

Ds, Control Charts)
Mechanical and Electrical drawings reading required
ISO
9001 basic knowledge
Medium English Preferred
