What will you do?
Design technical solutions for complex business and engineering challenges across multiple domains.
Lead strategic and technical discussions with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Build trusted partnerships with developers, product leaders, and business teams to optimize platform delivery.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, acting as a central resource for complex projects and technical decisions.
Evaluate and leverage global Walmart technologies to build scalable, innovative solutions.
Design and help develop SaaS-like platforms and services for internal and external use.
Collaborate with globally distributed teams to shape global platform design while adapting to local market needs.
Champion engineering and operational excellence, driving improvements in software delivery and system readiness.
Contribute to Walmart’s global architecture and engineering community, helping define and adopt global standards and best practices.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
15+ years of experience in software development and 10+ years in technical architecture or equivalent technical leadership roles.
Proven experience in large-scale product engineering using modern open-stack and cloud-native architectures (Azure, GCP).
Expertise in modern software development and delivery methodologies (Dev Ops, CI/CD, automation).
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Go, NodeJS, Typescript, Python, React, Spring Boot, Rust).

Experience with cloud-native architectures (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, event-driven).
Experience designing multi-tenant, domain-oriented architectures.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical vision and mentor engineering talent at all levels.
Experience building SaaS platforms is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in AI/ML technologies (LLMs, multimodal models, etc.) is highly valued.
