Offshore Doctor

Location: Huimanguillo

RMI Global is seeking an Offshore Doctor in Mexico for a long term project on a jack up rig. This role is vital in providing essential medical and pastoral care to crew members while promoting a culture of safety onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide medical support for crew members, managing both minor and major injuries.
- Collaborate with RMI Topside to consult with Med Control Doctors.
- Implement conservative treatment techniques to reduce workplace injuries and shoreside evacuations.
- Act as a visible role model for safe behavior and participate in crew briefings and hygiene inspections.

Position Details:

- Rotation Pattern: 28/28
- Contract Length: 12 months (with potential for extension)
- Daily Rate: USD 300−350
- Nationality Requirement:
Mexican National
- Travel Date: TBD - Upcoming Project

Certifications:

1. Mexico Medical License
2. Rig Pass (must not exceed 5 years from issuance)
3. BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
4. CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System)
5. OEUK Certification
6. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
7. Seaman’s Book (Mexican issued for national candidates)
8. Medical Certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
9. Drug Test (valid for 1 year)
10. PPE and Safety Training as per PEMEX ANNEX SSPA
