About the role:

Assist in receiving and managing requests from clients.

Assist in the planning, design, and execution of events, ensuring that all elements are managed within the established time frames at our clients.

Assist in interacting with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Assist in gathering information and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders.

Contribute with ideas to improve the services provided and the quality of events.

Assist in the organization and management of event details, such as décor, catering, entertainment, location, guest list, equipment, and promotional materials.

Assist in identifying and resolving issues that may arise before or during the event.

Support pre- and post-event evaluations and reporting on the results.

About you:

We are ideally looking for candidates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Advertising

Pro-active with a hands-on approach

Enthusiasm and bags of creativity!

Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

Ability to think practically and strategically

Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships

Good knowledge of social media

Team player AND the ability to work autonomously

Passionate about brands and innovative ideas

Some knowledge of media and advertising industry

Fluency in English and Spanish

Ability to sign an internship agreement with university is a must.
