We are a multinational company in the automotive sector, and we are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our operations.
FUNCTION SCOPE:
Responsible for Production, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Maintenance and Environmental operations for SKD-CBU México's Plant. Production, planning and supply chain management of parts and vehicles from Brazil and Germany; inventory supervision and launching of new SKD products aligned with the objectives and standards of group.
Management of Production, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Maintenance and Environmental Departments
Asset management: approx. €140 million/year
Production of 2,000 units SKD and Import of 1,500 units BU
Service budget control $25 million MXN/year
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:
Production and logistics strategies to meet production volumes and sales demands in balance with the supply chain, operating costs and product quality.
Foreign trade strategies that guarantee volume according to competitive costs and SLA.
Logistic planning for the correct arrangement of parts/vehicles and control of the plant's inventory.
Tools and resources management + people training in the production process for new or serial SKD units.
Plan and control of special units assembly according to the Body-building process for buses.
Plan and execute maintenance orders for the entire Production operation and facilities conservation.
Manage the environmental control system (SGI) towards sustainably and decarbonization strategies.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Mandatory Engineering Bachelor and Master Degree

LANGUAGES:

Fluent in Spanish and Business English.
