The  Manufacturing Engineer  is responsible for establishing and implementing the most cost-efficient methods for production while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing processes, project management, and change administration within a plant environment.

provide solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Assist in  development and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment  and review preliminary designs to optimize cost and quality.
Support  departmental budgeting  , including material, manpower, equipment, and procurement costs.
Manage  production and assembly change administration  and ensure smooth implementation.
Participate in  continuous improvement initiatives (PCI) and complete company-provided training.
Perform special projects as assigned.

S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering.
MBA or Project Management Certification (PMP) desirable.
Strong knowledge of  manufacturing processes  ,  assembly operations  , and  change management  .
Proficiency in  AutoCAD  ,  CAD software  , and  plyometrics  tools.
Advanced skills in  MS Office  ,  Excel  , and  MS Project  .
Understanding of  SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality standards.
Strong  project management skills  and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Familiarity with  e-learning systems  and training development (a plus).
Fluent English
