Planning and Materials Coordinator

Location: Santiago Mexquititlán Barrio 4to.

We are looking for a Planning and Materials Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring material availability, production continuity, and inventory optimization through strong planning and cross functional collaboration.

Your impact in this role

You will be responsible for connecting demand, materials, and production, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, while balancing service levels, inventory health, and working capital.

What you will be leading

- Material planning, MRP, capacity, lead times, and production plans for finished goods
- Availability of critical materials to avoid production disruptions or urgencies
- Inventory analysis and control to balance service and invested capital
- Visibility of inventory and working capital indicators
- Action plans for slow moving, obsolete, or at risk materials
- Alignment between materials planning, purchasing, and production scheduling
- Coordination with Production, Finance, Quality, and Customer Service
- Continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory, and material flow

What we are looking for

- Background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in planning or materials roles with people leadership
- Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory analysis, and control

- Experience with SAP and purchasing processes
- Advanced English
- Analytical mindset, strong planning and organizational skills, results driven approach, autonomy, and effective communication
