Maintenance Trainee

Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli

Manufacturing company is looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and keeping budgets.
- Maintain good track of the inventory of parts and supplies for needed repairs.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English
- Availability to work at Cuautitlan Izcalli

Main duties:

- Assist with spare parts handling and inventory by identifying parts used, organizing materials, and helping maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate cost awareness by using tools, materials, and spare parts responsibly to support maintenance budget objectives.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment observations in maintenance systems or logs.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
- Assist maintenance technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Learn to perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems under supervision.
- Support preventive maintenance activities by following established procedures, checklists, and safety standards.
