Bilingual Trainer for manufacturing company
RUNNER Group is on the lookout for future talents to fill the positions of Production Supervisor/Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will acquire the skill to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance actions, provide support for production management, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to performance validation and continuous improvement initiatives .
Expected Tasks:
1. Develop clear, structured written solutions related to workforce scheduling, production control, process optimization, and quality assurance
2. Perform improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance and reliability.
3.Ensure compliance and alignment with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
4. Develop hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies and customer environments, setting the foundation for a successful career in Manufacturing.
Profile

Required:

1. A technical or technological degree (or engineering degree) in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
2. Graduation or expected graduation between December 2023 and February 2026.
3. 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing company will be preferred.
4. Intermediate English communication skills, Fluent Chinese will be preferred.
5. Previous internships or academic projects involving Production management, or equipment troubleshooting (a plus).
Salary:
