Description:

This position directs and supervises the work activities and resources required for the efficient and timely production of the company's products.
Develops and implements production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variation controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Create an accurate schedule considering customer needs, network service metrics (OTD and overdue orders), and material availability according to supply chain constraints.

· Provide a correct forecast for the purchasing team to facilitate a correct material planning strategy.

· Work with different departments to achieve schedule achievement, increase OTD, reduce overdue orders by communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, and create robust teamwork strategies.

· Adherence to the follow-up schedule with operations through the daily progress of execution to ensure the production plan

· Communicate KPIs to direct reports based on the annual strategic plan.

· Prepare reports using production data and create presentations for management and other stakeholders.

· Track critical customer orders, from order placement to customer delivery to prevent further escalations.

· Analyze and adjust FG parameters to ensure the ERP reflects the plant's current capabilities.

· Responsible for inventory optimization, data integrity, and accuracy to support the business

· Coordinate and monitor every engineering change

· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best-practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology; or related field required.

· Experience at least 8 years in manufacturing business, high desirable electronic manufacturing plants

· Must be proficient in production planning and physical flow activities.

· You must have budgeting experience in transportation, inventory, and logistics costs.

· SAP or Oracle expertise in a highly preferred manufacturing environment.

· Advanced English level
