Spare parts Supervisor

Location: Ciénega de Flores

Position Summary:

This position has full responsibility and accountability for the supervision of the Spare parts. The responsibilities include: full responsibility for the Open order report, on time delivery for any order, inventory control and management (productive material storage & preservation, line stocking, process control and management, process improvement, labor management, and productivity/ capacity management.

Principal Responsibilities:
Update Open order report daily. by scheduling and assigning staff with follow up of work results.
Manage employee performance. This process included alignment of employee goals, objectives, and competencies to support Hussmann business strategies.
Execute inventory control by improving processes such as Cycle Count, Physical Counts and reconciling.
Insure safe working environment by keeping warehouse neat and orderly, aside insure all team members have the proper Personal Protective and Safety Equipment.
Insure productive material is being delivered to production floor on time and accurate according to requirements.
Promote relentless improvements projects in all processes using A3 methodology.
Maintain and increase Inventory Accuracy.
Insure all Inventory transactions are being made on time and accurate.
Collaborate in OSMI identification, providing information to help avoid obsolete and surplus material increasing.
Actively lead and participate in Annual Physical Inventory organization and execution.
Analyze processes already established, propose and implement improvements.

Requerimientos:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical/Administrative Engineering, or related fields
2 to 5 years of experience

Experience with Microsoft Office
