PLANT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring world-class safety and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the operation.

Responsibilities

1. Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives.
2. Develop and execute the plant’s operational strategy.
3. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
5. Ensure compliance with quality systems, environmental, health and safety standards.
6. Manage plant financial performance, productivity and operational KPIs.
7. Build a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.
8. Lead organizational growth while maintaining operational stability.

Mandatory Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
3. Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
4. Experience leading manufacturing operations with 300+ employees.
5. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence.
6. Experience managing unionized operations.
7. Advanced English.
8. Availability to work on-site.

2. Strong financial and business acumen.
3. Proven track record developing leaders and succession plans.
4. Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
