PRODUCTION PLANNER / SCHEDULER

A leading automotive manufacturing company is seeking a   Production Planner / Scheduler   to support production planning, inventory management, and on-time customer deliveries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple product lines.

• Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand.

• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.

• Determine workforce, equipment, and raw material requirements to support production needs.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to meet production schedules.

• Ensure timely deliveries to customers while maintaining production performance objectives.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure operational continuity.

• Identify and resolve issues impacting production schedules, inventory, or customer deliveries.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Production Control within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control.

• Strong knowledge of MRP systems.

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

• English proficiency required.
