We’re hiring:
Assistant Manager | Hengst Filtration México
We are looking for a strong and hands-on  Assistant Manager  to join our growing manufacturing operation in  Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León  .

This position will report directly to the  Plant Manager  and

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Plant Manager in the daily management of plant operations.

• Monitor KPIs and track operational improvement results.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and Finance.

• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardization, and operational excellence.

• Support customer requirements and on-time delivery performance

• Develop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture

• Support audits and internal/external compliance activities

• Act as the Plant Manager’s key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field

• Fluent English – mandatory

• Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive industry

• Leadership experience in a plant or production environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, continuous improvement, and quality systems

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growing organization
