Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Intercompany Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of intercompany balances and transactions, supporting consolidated reporting, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Analyze intercompany balances and transactions to ensure accuracy.
Prepare detailed reports on intercompany activity and balances for management review.
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in intercompany accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all intercompany transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the reconciliation process.
Implement best practices and standardize intercompany reconciliation procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize intercompany transaction processes.
Provide training and support to finance team members on intercompany reconciliation practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas and large datasets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
