We're looking for legal talent to join Profuturo's investment legal team
Are you passionate about financial law and the legal design of investment structures? Bachelor's degree in Law (a specialization in Financial Law is a plus)
&##Knowledge of Retirement Savings Systems is desirable
&##Advanced level of English
&##You will provide legal support within the contracts or alternative investments area, focusing on the analysis, structuring, and execution of contracts related to the investment process and investment vehicles.
Analyzing the regulatory framework applicable to Afores, particularly regarding investment contracts, alternative investment instruments, and investment vehicles — including updates and amendments — to identify regulatory impacts and ensure compliance.
&##Evaluating the legal feasibility of new investment strategies in alternative assets or instruments, identifying legal contingencies, and proposing risk mitigation measures.
&##Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring legal documentation such as investment contracts, trust agreements, co-investment agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements, among others.
&##Contributing to the legal structuring of investment vehicles by developing internal guidelines, review standards, and best practices aligned with regulatory requirements.
