Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, quality, and timelines, and ensuring full alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. The Project Manager proactively identifies risks, resolves challenges, and drives continuous progress, while maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position often serves as a facilitator and leader for medium- to high-impact initiatives, playing a key role in delivering value to the business.
Main responsibilities
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support the definition of project scope and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
Gather requirements from management and corporate teams and translate them into structured, executable projects.
Maintain strong alignment between scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate project scope and requirements into actionable tasks, clear ownership, and detailed timelines.
Identify and secure required resources based on project scope and business needs.
Monitor and control project spending against the approved budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, allocate, and manage resources across the project portfolio.
Coordinate internal and external resources as needed to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project deliverables, resource schedules, and expense reporting.
Track project performance, costs, and procurement activities, proactively identifying risks and potential roadblocks.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Lead meetings with internal and external teams to align priorities, manage resources, and ensure task completion.
Document and follow up on all key action items identified during project meetings.
Implement and manage change when required to achieve project outcomes.
Ensure projects comply with established standards and that all documentation is properly maintained.
Deliver project metrics and handoff documentation to Operations upon project completion.
Evaluate final project outcomes and lessons learned.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in a similar or progressively responsible project management role.
Technical Knowledge:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
Advanced knowledge of APQP and Core Tools.
Working knowledge of Smartsheet.
