The Opportunity

We are seeking an   Operational Excellence (OPEX) Manage   r to join the executive site leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will plan, own, and spearhead the implementation of our comprehensive   Site Transformation Progra   m, ensuring world-class execution across our production systems and extended supply chain. As a core member of the site leadership team, you won’t just manage processes—you will actively shape the site's culture, mentoring the next generation of Lean Leaders and driving revolutionary business results

Key Responsibilities Strategic

Site Transformatio   n:
Direct the ongoing development, maturity assessments, and execution of the site transformation blueprint, collaborating directly with regional and global business excellence teams
Culture & Mentorshi   p:
Act as a core coach and advocate for Lean leadership behaviors; develop and coordinate specialized Lean training modules and mentor Lean Site Champions across all organizational levels
Advanced VSM & CIP System   s:
Champion the site’s Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), maintaining a continuous pipeline of high-impact projects through aggressive Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Daily Management systems
Upstream NPI Integratio   n:
Partner closely with Product Transfer, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Engineering teams to embed Lean principles and process automation right from the design stage
Supply Chain & Standardizatio   n:
Drive standard work programs across the site and partner with key suppliers to implement Lean work practices—optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance   .

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an interdisciplinary leader with a proven track record of driving major organizational change. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Experi   ence:
Minimum of 7 years of general business/operational experience, with 3+ years in a dedicated leadership or management   role.
Lean Domain Exper   tise:
Demonstrated success in training, implementing, and sustaining Lean/OPEX frameworks at multiple levels of an organization
Industry Backgr   ound:
Experience in high-regulation manufacturing environme   nts. Medical Device manufact   uring and strong knowledg   e of ISO 13485 / FDA / GMP regula   tions are highly preferred
Communica   tion:
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with abso   lute fluency in both English and Sp   a   nish.

Professional & Academic Credentials

Req   uired:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant Science disci   pline.

Preferred Addi   tions: MBA or Master’s Degree in Lean Operations, Process Excellence, or Operations Management,
Preferred Certific   ation:
Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB)   Certificate.
