Role Purpose
The   Maintenance Manager   is responsible for leading maintenance personnel and ensuring the repair, safety, and reliability of facilities, machinery, and equipment. This role drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, supports manufacturing operations, and ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage maintenance teams, conducting performance evaluations and developing staff capabilities.
Develop and implement   preventive and predictive maintenance procedures   for equipment.
Provide timely response to manufacturing maintenance needs and facility support.
Conduct   problem-solving and root cause analysis   for maintenance and safety issues.
Manage spare parts procurement and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
Oversee emergency management response, onsite safety/security, and act as   Incident Commander   when required.
Ensure compliance with   TS, ISO, and local/state/federal codes   across facilities.
Promote energy conservation, environmental support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Direct corporate electricians and external contractors to ensure adherence to standards.
Identify and train backups for key tasks to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements
Journeyman card holder or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
Previous experience in a   manufacturing environment   .
5–10 years of maintenance leadership experience   preferred.
Proficiency in   Microsoft Office applications   (Word, Excel, Outlook).
