Program Manager, Operations & Strategic Partnerships Build the Engine Behind a Category-Defining Partnership At MStar, we're building the next generation of vehicle financing solutions across Latin America. One of our most strategic initiatives involves launching and scaling a vehicle finance program alongside a leading global technology platform. Success requires far more than building a financial product—it demands seamless coordination across technology, operations, commercial teams, and external partners operating across multiple countries and time zones.

We're looking for a Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Integrations to serve as the execution leader behind this flagship partnership and help transform ambitious plans into operational reality. This is not a strategy-only role. This is a builder role. A role for someone who thrives in complexity, creates structure where none exists, and ensures that what gets planned actually gets delivered.

What You'll Own Big Tech MStar Program Leadership Act as the central program manager for one of MStar's most strategic partnerships. Coordinate initiatives across MStar, external platform partners, and global technology teams. Drive alignment between commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and technical execution. Lead governance routines, executive updates, and cross-functional decision-making processes. Operational Design & Launch Execution Design scalable workflows supporting the customer journey from application through funding and servicing.

Coordinate testing, launch readiness, operational training, and implementation activities. Build processes for exception handling, escalations, and operational support. Ensure successful execution from pilot launch through large-scale deployment. Cross-Functional Execution Establish operating rhythms across multiple organizations and stakeholders. Run meetings that produce decisions, ownership, and accountability. Coordinate teams across different countries, cultures, and time zones. Create visibility, structure, and momentum across all work streams.

Integration & Technical Program Management Own the end-to-end management of critical API integrations and technical implementation projects. Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution plans. Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive resolution before they impact delivery. Who You Are A Proven Program Builder You have 5+ years of experience leading complex programs, strategic initiatives, business operations, project management, or technical implementations.

You know how to take a highly ambiguous objective and transform it into an executable plan. Strong in Both Business and Technology You are comfortable navigating conversations with commercial leaders, product teams, operations stakeholders, and engineers. You don't need to code, but you understand technology well enough to manage integrations, challenge assumptions, and drive execution. Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments You've worked in startups, scale-ups, fintechs, marketplaces, mobility companies, or other high-growth organizations where structure was something you built—not something you inherited.

Exceptional Stakeholder Manager You can align executives, operators, engineers, and external partners around a common goal while maintaining trust and momentum. Globally Minded You are comfortable working across cultures, functions, and time zones. English and Spanish fluency are required.
