About the Role

We're seeking a high-performing leader to serve as   Expansion Manager for new
studio openings in Mexico.

This role is responsible for leading the successful launch and early-stage performance of new studios, ensuring strong operational execution and team readiness from day one. This is a high-impact leadership role for individuals who consistently deliver results and can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Expansion Manager will execute the full opening lifecycle, build local team capability, and
ensure studios are successfully launched and stabilized before transitioning
ownership to local leadership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead end-to-end execution of new studio openings in Mexico

• Own presale performance and ensure membership targets are achieved

• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of local teams

• Train and develop local leadership (GMs, sales team, instructors)

• Implement company standards across sales, operations, and member experience

• Serve as the primary on-site leader during the launch phase

• Drive strong early-stage studio performance (first 30–90 days)

• Transition studio ownership to local leadership once performance standards are
met

Role Scope

• Mexico-based role with on-site presence during studio openings

• Active involvement across multiple openings as the business scales

• High-intensity environment during launch periods

• Travel required within Mexico
Assignment Phases (Opening Lifecycle)

• Phase 1:
Launch (0–60 days) – Execute presale strategy, complete hiring, and
ensure full operational readiness

• Phase 2:
Stabilization (60–120 days) – Drive early-stage performance and refine
operations

• Phase 3:
Transition (120–180 days) – Develop and transition ownership to local
leadership

Completion Criteria

• Presale and early performance targets are met

• Studio operations are stable and aligned with company standards

• Local leadership is fully trained and operating independently

• A clear and successful transition plan has been executed

What Success Looks Like

• Presale targets are consistently met or exceeded

• Studios open on time with full operational readiness

• Local teams are trained, capable, and operating independently

• Brand standards are executed consistently

• Strong performance within the first 30–90 days

• Minimal ongoing support required post-transition

• Strong leadership and coaching ability

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written);
English proficiency
required for communication with U.S. leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-unit or studio leadership experience

• Strong sales leadership and presale experience

• Experience opening new locations or launching new markets

• Experience leading teams through rapid growth

Global Alignment
This role operates as part of a global operating model and partners closely with
cross-functional leadership to ensure consistency in execution, performance
standards, and brand experience across all markets.

The role maintains strong ownership of local execution and team development in
Mexico, while reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure
alignment with company strategy, performance expectations, and overall business
objectives.
