Operational Excellence Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a   Operational Excellence Project Manager

Role Objective
Lead the execution of the operational excellence strategy, ensuring effective project management and value creation across key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects delivering business results.
Translate strategy into actionable plans and executable projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Track progress, risks, costs, and performance against objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, costs, and productivity.
Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.
Ensure value capture and P&L impact realization.
Promote the use of analytics, automation, and AI in projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
4–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or transformation.
Experience leading complex and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience with project management methodologies (PMO, Agile, etc.).
Strong operational and P&L understanding.
Strong execution and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
Experience in data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Project management or agile certifications.
