Head of Sales - Country Manager

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

We are seeking an exceptional business executive to lead our operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, leading organizational transformation, and creating long-term enterprise value.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence—someone who thinks like an investor, executes like an operator, and has a proven ability to scale businesses, lead high-performing executive teams, and deliver sustainable results.
This role is ideal for executives with backgrounds in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Management Consulting who have transitioned into senior operating leadership positions.
Industry experience in accounting, tax, payroll, fiduciary, outsourcing, or ERP is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall business strategy and operations for the country.
Drive profitable growth and commercial performance.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and EBITDA.
Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
Lead acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and business scaling initiatives.
Design and implement scalable operating models to support future growth.
Partner with executive leadership, the Board, and investors to execute long-term business objectives.
Represent the company with key clients, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proven executive leadership experience managing complex organizations.
Strong track record of driving business growth and organizational transformation.
Experience leading acquisitions, integrations, or strategic growth initiatives.
Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and profitability.
Experience working with Boards of Directors and investors.
An MBA from a leading university is required.
Preferred academic background in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Languages:

Advanced English (mandatory), Portuguese (preferred).
