Leader Advocacy & Public Affairs LATAM

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

Position Objetive
We are looking for a Leader of Advocacy & Public Affairs with solid experience in government relations, regulatory affairs and stakeholders' management in México and/ or Latin América.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the professional maturity required to represent the company before government authorities, industry associations, business chambers and other relevant stakeholders as well as the ability to analyze the political and regulatory environment and translate developments into actionable recommendations for the business.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Public Affairs, Government Affairs, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs or related functions.
Direct experience engaging with government agencies, regulatory authorities, legislators, public institutions and / or industry associations.
Demostrable institutional network and stakeholder relationships with relevant government and public sector actors.
Experience across multiple Latin America countries or in a regional LATAM role will be highly valued.
Experience monitoring and assessing regulatory initiatives, public policies, legislation and other developments that may impact the business.
Experience representing companies, associations, chambers of commerce or industry groups before public and private sector stakeholders.
Experience in regulated industries, manufacturing, energy, HVAC, sustainability, construction, technology, infrastructure or related sectors.
