Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement
Create warm, memorable interactions that encourage guests to explore and participate
Lead activities such as arts and crafts, dance classes, and trivia
Event & Program Delivery
Support the execution of cultural programming, workshops, and themed festivals
Maintain energy and guest participation during events
Cultural Storytelling
Share traditions, history, and customs in an engaging and respectful way
Help guests better understand and appreciate different cultures

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or guest-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for cultural engagement and storytelling
Confident leading small group activities
Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented
Multilingual skills and cultural knowledge are an advantage
