Hotel Asset Management Analyst

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

At Onirius Capital, we are a leading real estate investment, asset management, and hotel development firm, with over 2,500 hotel keys and 400+ branded residences units. We work with international investors, operators, and brands to maximize the value of hotel and residential assets.
We are seeking an entry-level Hotel Asset Management Analyst to join our Mexico City team. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in hospitality, finance, and business strategy.

Analyze hotel financial and operational performance.
- Prepare and monitor reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track KPIs, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and Flow Through.
- Conduct market and competitive benchmarking analyses.
- Participate in projects related to asset management, hotel development, and branded residences.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced or intermediate-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (professional working capability).
- Internship or professional experience in hospitality, revenue management, finance, or consulting.
- Basic knowledge of hotel KPIs and financial analysis.
- Direct exposure to high-profile hotel projects and international brands.
- Accelerated learning in asset management, hotel development, and business strategy.
- Close collaboration with senior industry professionals and decision-makers.
