As part of our Field Staff team, Field Operations Specialists work alongside Expedition Leaders to provide the operational, logistical, and guest service support that keeps every expedition running smoothly.
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and proactive, our Field Operations Specialists play an essential role in delivering safe, seamless, and exceptional guest experiences. They anticipate needs before they arise and ensure every operational detail—from coordinating transportation, meals, and gear to assisting with luggage and caring for guests—is handled with professionalism and care. Through respectful communication and a strong commitment to guest well-being, sustainability, and safety, they help travelers focus on connecting with nature, culture, and conservation while allowing Expedition Leaders to focus more fully on interpretation and guest engagement.
To support local communities and provide guests with a more authentic local experience, we prioritize hiring Field Team members who live in the regions where we operate. Only applicants currently residing in Mexico and legally authorized to work in Mexico will be considered.
