Coating & Finishing Process Expert

Location: Santiago de Querétaro

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Coating Process Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in offiline coating processes. You will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting coating equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation, Implementation and Compliance with coating standards
Searching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on high efficiently, cost reduction and standards creation and implementation.
Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions)
Product and tools designee and analyse in case of process feasibility and risk management.
Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivity
Identify and resolve technical issues during offiline processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineering
Participate in continuous improvement activities and process innovation
Creation of equipment technical specification.
Support in new projects development with reference to coating activities.
Manging of suppliers and customers communication with cooperation to program management.
Supporting to the plants in case of problem solving globally.
Cooperation with plant technical team and technical managers.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree of material engineering.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in coating.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management incl. project responsibility
Working knowledge of CAD software for checking and confirming feasibility for tools and products.
Communicative level of English (both spoken and written)
Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel based on project or internal customers' needs
Preferred Attributes:
Strong technical background in coating solutions.
Other finishing processes will be an advantage.
Team player with good communication
