Do you have extensive experience managing industrialization and automation projects in the automotive sector? This is your opportunity! We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead industrialization and automation projects in the automotive sector, with responsibility over multidisciplinary teams, financial control, and regulatory compliance. The position is based in Querétaro.
What will you do in your day-to-day? Lead and motivate technical teams and service advisors, creating a proactive, productive, and positive environment. Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with safety protocols, laws, and applicable regulations. Manage and optimize cash flow and control costs according to work budgets. Monitor project KPIs: milestones, completion of intermediate stages, delivery deadlines, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement in timelines and cost reduction, as well as project expansion opportunities to increase revenue.

Oversee purchasing operations to detect delays, bottlenecks, and optimize cash flow. Supervise mechanical design stages, customer approvals, and the issuance of PRs and POs ensuring traceability and compliance.
What are we looking for in you? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in automation, mechanics, electronics, or electricity). Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive sector, leading industrialization and automation projects. Practical knowledge of industrial processes and solid understanding of quality management systems and automotive sector regulations. Proven skills in leadership, communication, planning, organization, and decision-making.
