PMO Consultant - Primavera P6

Location: Santiago de Querétaro

MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate   PMO Consultant   to join our team and support our engagements in   Querétaro   .

What You'll Do
As a   Project Management Officer Consultant,   you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force of innovation, collaboration, and transformation. As a valued member of our global team, you will:
Build, structure, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
Ensure consistency of milestones, deadlines, and resources.
Maintain a register of potential schedule risks.
Communicate schedule status/forecasts/risk to functional cost owners and support risk mitigation.
Provide internal and external project reporting of project status.
Validate the activities carried out through construction site, ensure the compliance during the execution.

Who You Are
3 + years of proven experience in project planning within an industrial sector.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in   Oracle Primavera P6 is essential   .
Experience in Planning Site control and   Execution Substation and/or Transmission Lines   .

Experience with   EPC contracts.
Good knowledge of complementary tools: MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
Available to work on site from Monday to Saturday
