ESG Manager

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

Taylor Hopkinson is currently supporting an international renewable energy company in the search for an ESG Manager to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and execution of ESG strategy across large-scale renewable energy projects

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of ESG policies and frameworks across renewable energy projects and operations.
Ensure compliance with international ESG standards, sustainability regulations, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate ESG due diligence activities for new investments, acquisitions, and project developments.
Monitor environmental and social risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders on ESG-related matters.
Support the preparation of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and investor reporting.
Develop and monitor ESG KPIs and performance metrics.
Conduct audits, assessments, and gap analyses to ensure continuous improvement.
Support stakeholder engagement initiatives, including local communities, regulatory authorities, and financing institutions.
Promote ESG best practices across the organization and contribute to a strong sustainability culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental management, or related roles within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy sector.
Experience working on renewable energy projects.
Fluent English required.
