Taylor Hopkinson is currently supporting an international renewable energy company in the search for a Project Planner to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the planning and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects in Mexico

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules across all phases of renewable energy projects.
Coordinate planning activities with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
Track project progress, milestones, and critical paths to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, proposing mitigation and recovery plans where required.
Support the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and planning updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning and scheduling insights to support decision-making.
Assist in resource planning, forecasting, and project controls activities.
Ensure planning processes and reporting standards are implemented consistently across projects.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning tools, methodologies, and project execution practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Planner within the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling methodologies.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Experience working on large-scale EPC or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Fluent English required.
