Project Sr Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead strategic, cross-functional engineering projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with quality, operational, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering projects from initiation through successful implementation and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Drive project execution for manufacturing and customer-related initiatives, including product transfers, equipment implementation, and process improvements.
- Monitor project performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure project success.
- Support customer projects and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices in project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience managing projects involving customers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations.
