DESCRIPTION   Lead of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.​

Representation of Project Planning department on multidisciplinary forums

Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes​

Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.​

Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs​

Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools​

Selection, design and sourcing of equipment​

Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)​

Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, related
At least 5 years of professional experience.​
Experience at an OEM​
Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.​
Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards
Knowledge in Kanban Systematic​
CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage

Experience of project management​
Willingness to travel​
Fluent English
German A2 (is a plus)
Position for 6 months
