Legal Assistant

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

We are seeking a   Bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant   to join our growing personal injury team. This position is ideal for a legal professional with experience supporting personal injury cases, particularly in the preparation of   demand packages   for insurance negotiations.
The primary focus of this role is assisting attorneys with drafting demand letters, organizing case documentation, and preparing comprehensive demand packages. If you have strong legal writing skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare demand letters for personal injury cases.
Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
Prepare concise summaries of client treatment, injuries, and case facts.
Calculate and document damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, and other applicable losses.
Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, and insurance companies to obtain necessary documentation.
Ensure all demand packages are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Maintain organized electronic case files and provide general legal support as needed.
Qualifications
Bilingual in   English and Spanish   with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least  1 year of experience   in personal injury as a Legal Assistant, Demand Writer, Case Manager, Paralegal, or similar legal support role.
Experience drafting or assisting with personal injury demand packages is   strongly preferred   .
Strong legal writing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Experience reviewing medical records and legal documentation.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with case management software such as   MyCase, Needles, Litify, Filevine   , or similar platforms is a plus.
