✨ Marketing & Public Relations Specialist

At Grupo Axo , a leading retail company with a portfolio of well-known brands, we are looking for a Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to join one of our brands and help drive its positioning, growth, and market presence.

Your Mission

To coordinate and execute the brand’s marketing and PR strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of the annual plan approved by management and global headquarters , while aligning global and local initiatives to accelerate brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy , aligned with global guidelines.
- Coordinate annual product launches, key promotional events, and store openings .
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget .
- Lead and coordinate marketing agencies, external vendors, and influencers .
- Drive brand growth across social media and digital channels .
- Develop campaigns focused on brand amplification, storytelling, and influencer marketing .
- Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Buying, and Wholesale teams.
- Maintain direct communication with agencies, media, and strategic partners.
- Conduct monthly store visits to ensure proper brand execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs , proposing continuous improvement actions.

Required Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Public Relations, Business, or related fields .
- Experience +2 years in brand marketing and public relations , preferably within retail or beauty .
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and influencer marketing .
- Strong analytical skills (data, business, and financial analysis).
- Excellent organization, planning, and ability to work under pressure.
- Creative, proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English
- Passion for the beauty industry and for working in dynamic environments.
