Position Summary
TBC is seeking a proactive and creative Communications Analyst to implement internal communication strategies, develop impactful content, and coordinate engagement activities for TBC de Mexico. This position plays a vital role in creating and managing the annual communication plan to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and drive recognition initiatives. Additionally, the Communications Analyst will serve as the primary liaison for sharing messaging from corporate headquarters, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in communication planning and content creation, to help strengthen team collaboration and culture.
This role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Communications in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and is based in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Corporate Communications:
Act as the primary liaison between TBC Corporate Communications and TBC Mexico leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with global communication strategies.
Translate corporate communications, including executive messages, company updates, and organizational announcements, into Spanish to effectively engage the TBC Mexico audience.
Customize global communication materials to ensure cultural relevance and resonance with local employees.
Proactively share corporate content, such as strategy updates, employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs with TBC Mexico teams.
Collaborate with corporate communication teams to provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of shared messages.
Localization of Content:
Adapt corporate presentations, graphics, and videos to suit TBC Mexico's cultural and operational context.
Maintain quality and consistency of translations, ensuring messages are clear, professional, and aligned with TBC's brand voice.
Serve as a point of contact for addressing local communication needs, bridging the gap between corporate objectives and regional implementation.
Content Development:
Create engaging content for various channels, including intranet, Town Halls, emails and flyers.
Develop visually appealing communication materials using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).
Manage multimedia content creation, including video and audio editing, to support organizational messaging.
Communications Meetings, Employee Engagement Events and Community Events:
Plan and execute in-country communications events to share company strategy, vision, goals (e.g. Town Halls, Tireside Chats, Leadership meetings, etc.).
Plan and coordinate company-wide events that foster employee engagement and a positive work environment (e.g. Employee Appreciation Day, Annual Recognition + Holiday event).
Collaborate with TBC's Community Relations lead on local non-profit partnerships, initiatives and employee volunteer opportunities.
Assist with maintaining and updating the company's corporate social responsibility portal to ensure content is accurate, timely and aligned with company messaging.
Develop event-related communication, including invitations, agendas and recaps.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational communication, including the design and implementation of communication plans, campaigns and strategies.
Proficiency in video and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience in event management and/or training activities is preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English proficiency required.

Strong professional writing and editing abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
Technical Proficiency:
Experienced in using design tools, photography, videography equipment, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

Quickly adapts to new software and concepts as needed.
