We are looking for an  Influencer Marketing Specialist  with experience in general marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for the  strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns  , ensuring brand objectives are met and contributing to business growth.  The ideal candidate has a  strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and creativity  to build impactful partnerships with content creators.

This person should also have solid knowledge of  digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaign management  , ideally within the fashion industry.

In-depth knowledge of and established relationships with influencers in Mexico.
Develop and execute fashion-focused marketing strategies aligned with brand identity.
Coordinate collection launch campaigns, including activations, events, and influencer collaborations.
Oversee the production of visual and audiovisual content for advertising campaigns and lookbooks.
Collaborate with agencies, photographers, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics to optimize strategies.
Stay up to date with trends in fashion, marketing, and consumer behavior.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, or a related field.
~3–5 years of experience in marketing within the fashion industry.
~ Experience in influencer marketing, event planning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
~ Strong creative writing and storytelling skills for fashion and lifestyle brands.
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required  .

Experience in e-commerce and online sales platforms.
Knowledge of data analysis and performance reporting.
Experience managing brand collaborations and partnerships.
