Ideal Profile:
At least 5 years of experience in international logistics and freight forwarding sales.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of trade lanes between Europe/Asia and Latin America.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while staying aligned with Racing Cargo's global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies in your region, aligned with Racing Cargo Mexico's global vision.
Identify and engage potential clients, offering customized logistics solutions.
Collaborate with Racing Cargo's commercial and operations teams in Mexico for seamless service delivery.
Support supplier negotiations and local stakeholder engagement to enhance competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to global process standardization.
Provide regular market insights and performance updates to Racing Cargo HQ.
