Puesto: Strategic Sourcing Manager (POSM)
Location: San Lorenzo Tenochtitlán

Purpose of the Job   The Strategic Sourcing Manager will direct purchaseplanning for multiplejobs, either project-or account-based. This person will work directly with Business Development, Implementation, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure projectsare purchased and executed in a way that ensures high quality and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and developa high volume of solutionproposals for multiple projects
Perform procurement and project management for projects, with an understanding of the client's objectives
Manage communication channels to ensure smooth workflow
Oversee specifications for the account to ensure all client requirements, quality expectation, availability, and delivery dates are clear
Supervise requests for bid specifications and sending bids to selectedvendors
Ensure that savingstargets are beinghit
Investigate potential suppliers and make recommendations based on manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and schedule availability
Assign and prioritize projects, set goals and timelines, and communicate progress to internal management
Handle disputes with suppliers and partner with our Supplier Governance team
Manage ongoing reviewsof existing accountsto identify improvement opportunities
Partner with the VP of Implementation to understand the ongoing priorities of the department
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
7+years of sourcing and purchasing experience, in the POSM materials either Temporary or Permanent items
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Business, a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Advanced English level
Proven project management experience
Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially with Excel
Strong experience negotiating job costs and schedules with suppliers
Strong leadership and direct clientinterfacing experience
Independent thinking, strong organization, and planning abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsare essential
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial minded with an internaldrive to continuously hit goals and succeed
