Product BI Senior Specialist

Overview of the position:

This position is responsible for leading business intelligence analysis and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making focused on market trends, pricing analysis, and business performance.

Typical tasks

Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports
Analyze market, sales, and product performance data (TIV)
Conduct pricing and competitive analysis
Support leadership with executive reports and insights
Build forecasting models and business simulations
Ensure data accuracy across multiple sources
Translate data into clear business insights
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and HQ
Provide ad-hoc analysis for strategic decisions
Improve BI tools and reporting processes

Qualifications

5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Market Analysis
Strong experience with large datasets and business insights
Advanced Excel + BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge in market analysis, pricing, and competitive benchmarking

Experience with forecasting and data modeling
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Advanced English (interaction with HQ)
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
