Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

Mission:  Plan and execute the Revenue Growth Management strategy through the control of commercial deductions and the development of pricing and promotional recommendations based on data analysis, with the goal of driving the company’s profitable growth.

Objectives:

Drive revenue growth: co-lead revenue growth plans with sales and marketing teams.
Sales & SGM planning:
Co-lead, Validate sales & SGM forecast (WSE, BUD, FOR)
Sales Deductions Management:
Planning, control, reporting.
Manage the pricing conditions structure (Gross to Net), minimizing deviations that may impact commercial operations and profitability, while ensuring compliance with the internal control manual and the integrity of the data used for decision-making.
Review and manage commercial contracts with clients, ensuring that the contracted services align with company growth and profitability objectives, and that payments are performance-based.
Reporting: performance reports and action driven dashboards.
Optimize investments:
Analyze the effectiveness of promotions, Sales consultants, ATL and BTL. Providing guidelines and recommendations to the sales team to maximize impact.
Ensure compliance with the sales deductions chapter of the internal control manual, guaranteeing adherence to established policies and procedures.
Drive process automation and systematization.
