Descripción del trabajo
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing core HR strategies that support business performance, workforce stability, and a strong people culture at the Monterrey site. This role partners closely with operations and corporate HR to ensure compliance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness driven by Innovation & Collaboration That Matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage labor relations in compliance with applicable labor laws through the administration and enforcement of internal work regulations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, guidelines, and policies.
Support corporate safety, hygiene, and environmental programs through effective administration, control, and monitoring of established standards, promoting awareness and a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Ensure the implementation and consistent execution of human resources processes to guarantee compliance with company policies and guidelines, aligned with current business objectives, and contributing to organizational competitiveness.
Design and implement employee training and development programs aligned with operational and business needs, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, code of conduct, and continuous development of soft and hard skills for operational and administrative teams.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure full headcount coverage aligned with defined role profiles and timelines, supporting productivity, operational continuity, and growth objectives.
Manage the HR expense budget through effective control, validation, and alignment with internal policies, ensuring compliance with the allocated budget.
Act as a strategic partner to site leadership, driving people solutions through collaboration across functions and continuously identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
Proven HR leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and labor relations
Experience across safety, training, talent acquisition, and HR compliance
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
