Organizational development, looking at issues of work environment, culture and change management.
Promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Management of labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations.
Support in the application of Psychosocial Risk Factor surveys and compliance with NOM-035.
Design, elaborate and update Human Resources metrics ensuring compliance with the indicators.
Develop creative content for the different communication channels.  engaging and efficient (printed materials, digital presentations, and videos)
Implementation of HR projects.
Support for the organization's social events.
3 years of experience in human resources.
~ General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
~ Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration or International Business or related.
~ Knowledge of HR Management Systems.
~ Proficiency in Excel.
~ Advanced English.
